Why I Created This Guide
Hey good people, this guide is for anyone who is new to Atlanta or simply looking to reenergize their professional life. I’ve been in the city since 2012, and I know firsthand how overwhelming Atlanta can feel. Especially when you’re trying to find the “real” professional events, meet the right people, or discover an organization where you can truly grow.
Over the years, I’ve learned where to look, which rooms are worth walking into, and how to navigate Atlanta’s professional scene with more intention. Then I had the bright idea to take everything I’ve learned and put it into one guide! This is the guide I wish I had ten years ago!
This may not be the end-all, be-all guide to Atlanta, but it will give you enough information, resources, and direction to become dangerous…in the best possible way. You’ll know where to go, who to connect with, and how to start making the city work for you. I believe with intention alongside information anything is possible in this world full of impossible possibilities.
